Dark Oolong "Da Hong Pao", from Hunan

A robust dark oolong from Hunan, Da Hong Pao is prized for its amber, rich, and oily infusion. Brewing instructions:
Measure 4–5 grams of tea for every 500 ml of water. Heat the water to 70–80 °C and steep the tea for 5–7 minutes. Before pouring, give the tea a gentle stir to ensure a balanced cup. This tea is perfect for enjoying throughout the day, but it's best to avoid drinking it just before bedtime for a restful night’s sleep.
