White Tea "Moonlight", from Fujian

Yue Guang Bai, or "Moonlight," is a unique Chinese tea made using both white tea and Sheng Pu-erh production techniques. Composed almost entirely of buds, it offers a delicate, sweet flavor and a fresh, floral aroma.

Brewing instructions:
Measure 4–5 grams of tea for every 500 ml of water. Heat the water to 90 °C and steep the tea for 5–7 minutes. Before pouring, give the tea a gentle stir to ensure a balanced cup. It is suitable for drinking at any time of the day.
