Blue Matcha “Taiwan” is a superfood tea powder made from the dried flowers of Clitoria ternatea—also known as Butterfly Pea or “Thai Orchid.” This vibrant blue tea is a favorite among tea enthusiasts for both its striking appearance and natural source of vitamins and minerals. Sourced from carefully grown blossoms, Blue Matcha stands out for its purity and health-supporting qualities, making it a popular modern choice alongside traditional oolongs and red teas.

Brewing instructions:
Measure 2 g of matcha powder for every 100 ml of water. Heat the water to 70–80 °C. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to avoid clumps, then add a small amount of water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until a smooth foam forms. Top up with the remaining water while continuing to whisk. Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste. Matcha is suitable for drinking in the morning or early afternoon.
