Bi Luo Chun, or "emerald spirals of spring," is harvested only once a year in early spring from the most delicate buds. The tea is famous for its subtle, delicate taste and aroma, reminiscent of a spring garden. You can imagine how much effort the pickers have to put in to harvest the necessary amount of tea leaves, which will later be turned into amazing and aromatic tea.
