Brewing Instructions

Place the entire postcard sheet or a portion into your favorite brewing vessel or teapot. Use approximately 2.5–3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water, or one postcard sheet for 400–500 ml. Heat water to 90–95 °C—just below boiling point to extract the tea's full character and natural sweetness. Steep for 3–5 minutes for the first infusion.
