Shou Pu-erh "Ban Zhang Palace", 2015, from Yunnan

A small cake featuring a peacock, symbolizing Menghai County, and representing elite-class Shou Pu-erh from the Ban Zhang tea region. The tea leaves underwent controlled wet fermentation (wo dui), which gave the tea its characteristic softness and depth of flavor.

Brewing instructions:
Rinse twice for 5 seconds before steeping. Stir the tea before pouring. Steep 6 - 8 grams in 500 ml of water at 90 - 95°C for 7 minutes. Suitable for multiple infusions. It is advisable not to drink it in the evening.
