Brewing Instructions

Place the entire postcard sheet or a portion into your favorite brewing vessel or gaiwan. Use approximately 3 grams of tea per 250 ml of water, or one postcard sheet (5 grams) for 400–500 ml. Heat water to 80–90 °C—slightly cooler than a full boil to preserve the delicate character of white tea. Steep for 3–5 minutes for the first infusion. This exceptional white tea reveals new layers across multiple infusions, with each steeping inviting deeper appreciation. For the European brewing style, allow slightly longer steeping times (5–7 minutes) for a fuller body and more pronounced flavor.
