Dieses Harz wird aus handverlesenen Rohstoffen hergestellt, unter Druck gepresst und sorgfältig getrocknet. Die stark komprimierte Form benötigt eine Minute, um sich aufzulösen. Der Geschmack ist hell und nussig, mit Holz- und leichten Erdnoten und einem reichen Nachgeschmack mit ausgeprägter Bitterkeit.

Aufguss: Dunkelbraun, klar, dick.
Geschmack: Hell nussig, holzig, leicht erdig, mit einem reichen, bitteren Abgang.
