Yue Guang Bai, auch „Mondlicht“ genannt, ist ein einzigartiger chinesischer Tee, der sowohl mit Weißtee- als auch mit Sheng Pu-Erh-Techniken hergestellt wird. Er besteht fast ausschließlich aus Knospen und bietet einen zarten, süßen Geschmack und ein frisches, blumiges Aroma.

Aufguss: Sehr blasses Gold, fast klar, mit einem kühlen, silbrigen Glanz und einem weichen, seidigen Körper.
Geschmack: Zart, süß und weich.

Zubereitung:
